I have...
I have all 23 volumes of Hikago in Japanese!
I don't know why I never posted about it before but I just realized this fact today. It's complete! After a year of assembling, I finally have all 23 volumes. Actually, I've had them together for about two months already but still, it's very cool. :)
I love Hikago so much. I was leafing through volumes 16-17 for the heck of it and I could still the feel the same fangirly glee I had felt back then when I was really into the series. *sniffs* I miss it so much... I really wish there was a Hikago special covering the Hokuto Cup...
Anyways, I have about 15 minutes before I have to leave for the Alternative Spring Break (ASB) meeting held by Habitat for Humanity. I'm either going to Lexington VA, Danville VA or Lenoir NC for the week of spring break (Mar. 13-18) and I'm gonna be building houses for low income families. :) Yay, community service. It never ends. NEVER.
We're gonna drive down there and there's about 36 other people going too... Hopefully at the meeting today, I'll find some people who are nice and cool. :)
Oh, I got a notice today that my Fly Me to Polaris DVD arrived (but I haven't gotten a notice for it yet)... It's a sad, HK drama/love story and I really am interested in watching it. I'm probably gonna cry and if I have time and if I get the notice today, I'll watch it tonight. I've heard so many good things about it so I really want to try it out soon...
Never mind the fact that I'm dead tired and should probably be either studying for my finals or writing my essay(s) for WTE.
Yeah, never mind that...
At least I got my Chem homework done...
Oh! Speaking of Chem (this really has nothing to do with Chem but the thought of Chem reminded me of photocopying the sample midterms for Chem and that leads to photocopying in Bobst which leads to what I'm gonna be talking about), I spent over $10 on photocopies today.
It wasn't for Chem, but for Bio. Right now, our lecturer is the first out of all the ones we've had so far that has used transparency overheads and has made all the transparencies available for us in the Reserved Items section of the Bobst Library. Of course, we're not allowed to talk them out so we photocopy all the pages. It's just that, there were like 50 pages (back and front) for one set of notes and the other two sets had about 50 too and it was $0.10 for a one-sided copy...So I spent a ton of money on notes. I had to even put more money on my card since I only had about $2 left of Campus Cash after the first set of notes...
*sigh*
And the second time I went to get the reserved notes, I found out I owed $47 on my card.
I totally freaked.
Thankfully, it was another Sherry Chen who owed the money... *huge sigh of relief* At that point, I only had like $7 and I was afraid for what was to happen... I didn't even have my debit or my credit card so I was pretty much screwed. I had $22 of Campus Cash (since I just put in $20 on the card) but that wasn't enough either....
I'm just glad I didn't have to pay the fine...
Okay, I gotta go. ASB meeting. Hopefully it'll be good and the rain had stopped since I came back...
