Jay Chou mp3s and Random Things...

sherryillkWell, since I fell in love with Jay Chou last night after hearing him sing 七里香 on his newest album by the same name. So I went on a litle hunt and actually got all the mp3s to his newest album. And of course, I put them up just in case anyone cares about about his songs... He really shouldn't rap but that's typical of most Asian people... He actually had more than one rap song on this album, which sorta surprised me... Oh well...

Anyway, so, today, I had my first test. :|
Bio was... Well, it wasn't as bad as I thought it could be...
Thank god most of it was easy! All old test stuff I think I got right, all of Stotzky's were incredibly, unbelieveably easy. Most of the evolution questions were easy but he also tested on names of people when I had really just studied concepts... Who contributed the most to modern genetics? Who came up with Scala Naturae? Plato or Aristole? I picked Aristole and hoped he was the right one...
Anyway, it was easy until I got to the Functional Genomics, Eukaryotic Genome and the Bioinformatics parts... I was totally confused. It was amazing. It didn't even remember her talking about this stuff! Where the hell did she pull it out of? *shakes head* She was such a crappy lecturer. But I got back at her... We had to do evaluations for all of our lecturers and I gave her the lowest score on every single question. I didn't even look to see what they were, she just sucked overall. I did omit one of them -- the office hours since I had no clue if she had office hours or not for us...
Anyway, I'm pretty sure I did well enough for a C but hopefully the rest of the class did bad enough for me to get a B. Hopefully. *crosses fingers*
Today, I did go out and buy gifts. So far I'm all good for my roommates and Xiao but for Janet, I'm totally clueless... In my crazed wanderings today, I did find a Lizzy Borden bobbohead that I thought she might appreciate but it was just too tacky and in my mind, too expensive ($20.00). So I didn't get it... I might just end up getting her two volumes of manga or something...
It was so terrible... I knew there would be a ton of people and I was under a two hour time constraint so it just made it so much worse. I have a blister on my foot... :( And it took forever to just through one isle of stuff and there were so many people... Gah! And waiting for the train on the subway... Hell... Never, never, NEVER doing that again. And I got a little lost in Times Square trying to find the Sanrio store... *dies* And it took me like 15 mins in the checkout line waiting to get up to the front... The cashiers were just soooo damn slow. Gah!!! By the time I was walking back to the dorm (after exiting the subway), I was like I don't fucking care anymore. Screw them, I just don't care.
But I did get most of it all done. And I was underbudget! Yay!
And I'm using the evil Semagic client... :( I think I might just get used to this which absolutely sucks. :(
