I'm gonna go fucking crazy if I don't get Sekai de Ichiban Kirei na Mono. I've been searching it for the last two hours and I haven't gotten anywhere. I love Kaikan Phrase so much...Why can't I have it?! Why?!

I've even tried bidding on eBay for the CD Limit Control...but that person who is winning the auction has set a very high bid so I keep getting outbid... :( Why?!
