I haven't written in awhile and I have to be honest. It was because I was lazy and din't want to devote my free time (that I have oh so little of) writing a long winded journal entry. Hope for 1 a month, probably not even that.
I'm in math class and this senior just remarked that the door has never been closed before. Sperry closed it because of two coples fighting outside and once he remarked upon it I have to agree. It hasn't been closed before and now that it has, I feel slightly claustrophobic. Still feeling it now, minutes after it's been closed. It's lurking (I love that word!) on my subconcious, always aware of it...
But enough of that. It's Nov. 7 and there's 13 days left to my birthday. I've asked for a digital camera and I hope I'll get it, but I"m not that hopefull. In my Intro to Web Page we finally started using Dreamweaver. Already I know I want it. I wonder if there would be any way I could get it for Christmas so the way I figure it, I deserve 1 expensive present and if it's not the camera, it might as well be Dreamweaver (I want Flash too!).
Today (I'll get to yesterday later) in P.E there was this guy, Ryan (you know who!) and technically he's not supposed to be in my class, but he moved to the class from Body D to play capture the flag with us. Thankfully, he was in my team or else we would have lost. He was so cute, even hotter than yesterday. God I think I've got my first major crush! He's so cute!
We are selling advent calenders this month (I promised I'll get to yesterday! Be patient!). I've sold about 2, one to this woman and one to myself. Nadine said she would buy 1 this week and Kara said 2 like last year, but...she's going to a piano recital this saturday. :( Hopefully she would by the week after that (last week before Thanksgiving) and I don't have to get two more calenders off my back.
In french (just a few more of these then yesterday!) we were watching "The Scarlet Pimpernel" for the past two weeks. It's a great movie and when we went on break before we could finish it, I was practically dreaming it. It wormed itself into my mind and I was obsessed.
I went online to see if I see the ending, but instead I found out it was based on a book. I found an online version but found it hard to concentrate. Then during some free time at school, I found the book. I know I just have to have it and going aganst my fears, I checked it out. It went off without a hitch and I was relieved. I read it all in one day (expect a comparision soon) and finished the movie the next day. They were both great.
We had parent conferences a while back with our conference managers. Beard told me to volunteer at the hospital and even though I didn't want to, I will after New Years. Colleges look for that sort of thing, you know...
Now onto yesterday. But it'll have to wait a bit. I'm leaving this class for lunch in 3 minutes. I'll write it during Global Studies. Until then, adieu.
