Still Dizzy and Still in NYC
Jul. 16th, 2004 12:41 pmWell, today is the second day at NYU. The night was rough -- I couldn't fall alseep until after 2 AM. I met some guys playing poker and my roommate for the next day or so. She's okay -- Russian girl named Nadia from Jersey with just a hint of an accent. She's a lot more out going than I am. She (with me dragged with) went neighbor browsing and we met this group of Chinese guys playing poker.
I am still Sherry. I can't really be myself because this really is myself.
Right now I'm kinda dizzy -- still. I'm wondering if it's the sleep (since I woke up at 7:40 today -- five hours) or if I'm just having a reaction.
I can't believe I'm going to be there so soon! I mean checking in is like the 28th of August. That's like in a month. Right now all I want to do is go home which is not good. Ahh, I'm such an idiot. I must get my laptop. With a computer, can I not be happy?
