Okay will the poster of the comment ":\" please stand up? Or just tell me who the hell you are? You say I should know who you are but I really have no freaking clue and right now I'm kinda freaked out. The people I thought you are, aren't you and I've run out of people to suspect...

And btw, sorry to Gena since I really did think it was you....

This isn't such a big deal but I still would rather know who it is. So if you're my mysterious commenter, please comment this and tell me who the hell you are. It's 6:17 AM and I'm awake and typing this. I hope you're happy. The least you can do is identify yourself. I think that's reasonable enough.

I'm going back to bed. After I decide what to get... FMA 25 probably but that means I'll have to get the episode where Hughes dies... Can I really go through that? :( I like Hughes! I already went through his death back in the manga...

I've also requested some DN from Hikagoyaoi (oh and I need to do the same for all the other FMA eppies)... Damn, my allergies have started attacking me. I've been awake too long so I'm going to go back to bed. I have no desire to drown in a mountain of tissues so nite nite. Ja.

The Trip - Night 1

Okay, so this is the rundown of my trip. Let's see how long this takes me to chronicle the five days I was there.

So my flight was at 7:30 AM on Wednesday and they tell you to go two hours in advance so that meant we had to be at the airport at 5:30 which meant we had to leave Hood River at 4:30 which really sucked since I usually don't sleep until 5 AM. *makes a face*

I tried to get a little sleep at 3 AM but I ended up just laying in bed not really sleeping. And I didn't exactly sleep on the way there. It was okay because I ended up being really chipper (well not really because I don't think I'm ever really chipper). I was more or less awake.

I was so freaking upset that I went through security in like 5 mins. It was not as bad as they said it was. I ended up having to take off my shoes because they had metal on the buckles...

I ended up having to wait an hour and half at the gate but we did end up leaving on time. We flew to Denver and it was an uneventful flight. As we were flying I was marveling over how we all sectioned off the land in perfect squares...

Anyway, when we flew into Denver International Airport and my first impressions were that whomever the archiect was, they were freaking nuts or they had a circus fetish. They looked like circus tents to me (they're really billowing tents).

We stayed there for a few hours... I was supposed to be there for two hours but we were also delayed for a couple hours because there was a storm at Newark. I had lunch there (of which, I think I got food poisoning from the McDonald's there) and I bought three postcards.

Then we finally got on the plane and took off but things did not get any better. We got stuck in a holding pattern over Missouri and then two more and we were basically flying in circles over the mid-East... Eventually, we landed at Pittsburg to refuel and we stayed there for a bit before we got news that the weather let up and we were able to get into Newark.

We landed about 10:30 PM (four hours later than when I was supposed to) and then I proceeded to take a cab to Brooklyn. The cab driver didn't know where to go and I was no help since I've never been...

And he couldn't speak English all that well so I was really freaked out because it was really late at night...

Anyway, he asked me if I had a cell phone to call the people I would be staying with (my cousins' cousins) and I said I didn't have one because I didn't want to waste my minutes on roaming... But then it rang. I was like "oh shit." After dealing with that, the cabbie talked to the people and he said he knew where he was going and I was hoping he was telling the truth...

While I was in the car, the radio was on and it was like traffic news and they were talking about how there were going to be major delays if we were coming from New Jersey and I was like, "shit, I'm coming from NJ." And they would talk about how there construction on this road and it was like "shit, that's the road we're on" and they're also saying that the Holland tunnel was back-up for half an hour and I was like "shit, I'm in the freaking Holland tunnel." And then they would also mention that Newark was experiencing delays up to four hours and I was like "fuck, I was delayed four hours!!!" It was annoying and while we were at the Holland tunnel I was looking at all the white tiles... I was kinda getting sleepy and mesmerized by them and it seemed like it was going on forever... I was so glad when we left it.

We finally got to the street that their house was at and I couldn't find their right hours. I thought it was 2013 but it turns out it was 2012. Suffice to say, I had an embarrassing situation where I woke these people up at 2015 looking for a non-existent 2013. Oops...

They finally came out and I found them and I was okay. By that time it was like 1:30 AM and all I wanted to do was crash. I was hungry but I didn't want to be too much of a burden and I really did just want to go to bed. So I did.

I'm going to end this here and talk more of it later... I'm getting kinda bored with writing so I'll be back tomorrow. Ja.
