Today I played poker with my siblings. All day too. Sherry lost miserably but...it was fun!
Still losing does get to you after a while... After my latest wipe-out, I could feel myself being out of breath from the shock. Well, probably not really. I've been short of breath for the last few days though I'm not really sure why... That combined with my allergies and the heat has made me a pretty unhappy person. I probably should be a little concerned by the fact that my breathing is a bit shallow but I'm a big believer in letting things lie and hoping they get better. I shall hope that's what happens. :)
Still I've made plans to leave a bit. And if you know me, leaving the house for any amount of time to somewhere not Portland is amazing since I never go anywhere. Sure, it's only a short walk to the library on Wednesday (it makes me anxious if it were too soon, you see) but it's still leaving the house for a short amount of time. I shall hope the evil pollen will not attack me too badly but if it does, well, can't help it. I really must rubbing my eye when it itches though...But it gets so painful that I feel like I really do need to... It's weird.
Other stuff in Sherry's life? I finally got Inui's album in my Streamload account after asking the nice people on the Tenipri_ml ML and begging Cindy to send them to me. She really is a nice person. ^^
Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the Kimeru radio interview that was in Taiwan and aired yesterday. :( But hopefully it won't be too bad... I've asked for help on that front and hopefully it'll yield nice results. Hopefully. I'm not too hopeful but it's better than being totally hopeless. YSI really hates me. The server reset the connection twice on me and once while using the damn YSIGet that is no help at all. :(
It really smarts knowing there's something Kimeru out there that I don't have. *sigh* On Kimeru's newest DVD front, YesAsia still doesn't have it so I think I might have to go with CDJapan since I have nothing to really compare it to. Hopefully they accept debit cards because I think my mother will kill me if I use my credit card...and I really don't want to deal with cash or going down to the post office to get an International mail order.
