Damn umbrella and downloads for the Diana-chan

I forgot my umbrella a total of FOUR times today. You'd think that at some point, I would learn from my mistakes and remember to take the damn thing with me but no, I didn't. *shakes head* Now I have a blister developing on a toe because I would always remember the umbrella as soon as I've gotten down the stairs and then have to troop back up to grab my umbrella and then go back down them again. :\

I tried printing all my reading for Sounds in the ITS lab but it was hard... The woman in charge was looking at me funny too... :( I wouldn't go there if my printer hadn't died on me though! :( I'll spend the money on the ink and paper for the convenience of NOT having to go to the ITS computer lab... :( And the sad part is that I'll have to go at least twice a week to print off the reading... I'm starting to wonder if I should go up to 3rd North and print some stuff up there sometime as well, to mix it up a bit and not become known as that freeloading student who just goes into a school computer lab to print off 50+ pages worth of stuff.

Anyway, I meant to say other stuff about stuff, but I stopped writing this entry like six hours ago so it's kinda old and I don't really want to say anything else but I don't want to scrap it. Plus it's late and I've got 8 AM lecture so I'm not really inclined to writing more.

First day of lab! And an observation on Yakitate Japan

Today was the first day of lab and it went well. I think I might have too little product for the next step but it should be okay... It didn't look like there were too little so I should be good. We even got out early too and finished the first two steps of this multi-synthesis. Providing nothing else goes wrong, we should have a week at the end of this project to ourselves with no lab. ^^ And that is something I'm looking forward to immensely.

And now lab is over for the week!!! It's always nice when you don't have to worry about it for another whole week. It's such a relief to get it out of the way.

Tomorrow is Wednesday and the only day of the week where I don't have an 8 AM class. Sure it's at 9:30 AM but that's okay, I can deal. It'll be a bit long (Orgo recitation until 4:45 PM unfortunately) but once it's over, it should be good. And then it'll be Thursday and I don't have work on Thursday! Yes! ^^ Providing the weather is nice, I'm going to buy my Jasmine rice! ^^ I'm going to eat it again and I am totally stoked.

Today, I watched the latest episode of Yakitate Japan released. At the end credits, I noticed something I had not noticed before -- Kanmuri is voiced by Inoue Marina! I thought I recognized that name and she's actually the person who sings the ED theme for Ginban Kaleidoscope. Every since I've seen the first episode, I've liked that song and I had to get it when Nipponsei released it.

Now listening to the mp3, it really does sound like Kanmuri!

Now I'm off to read for the rest of the night. Here's to hoping I won't fall asleep during it. I have so much I have to get done tonight... Sounds reading, bio reading, orgo reading... :( It's going to be a long night and the problem is it's already mostly over. :( *yawns* I wanna sleep now...
