Gmail's down...
Dec. 15th, 2006 12:08 pmI don't usually use my Gmail account. It's that one account that is like my backup email address, that I use when Hotmail or my NYU one fails me. Although usually the NYU one doesn't mail but most of the time, I don't feel okay using my NYU address for certain things.
Anyway, I most have my lists there and I have some other stuff that I get sent to that account but I check it like once a month because there's nothing really pressing.
And today, the ONE time I decide to use my Gmail account over all my others, it's "temporarily unavailable." They say to check it again in a few minutes but it's really been like ten and you would think that they would have it resolved by now, right? But no, it's still down.
I've just discovered Demonoid and they've opened up registrations today and because AOL (my other old account that I still have but don't use all that often) and Hotmail sometimes eat their emails and because NYU isn't really appropriate for something like that, I decided to use my gmail account. And now I'm paying for it. You have to be registered to download the older torrents and the one I want is from September! :(
This just sucks.
Add that to the fact that I have to study all day today and all weekend kinda makes my life a bit more suckier. :\ Three days of finals, back to back and then I'm done. I can't wait.
