No brainer
Jan. 17th, 2007 04:08 pmThis is a no-brainer, right? I paid $150 for my Economics book. This includes Aplia which is required for the course.
But if I buy it separately, on the Aplia Website, it's $60 for Aplia and $50 for the textbook and that'll get sent to me within 3-5 business days. And I don't have an Aplia homework assignment due until early February. All together, even with S&H for the book, it's like $117, cheaper than the bookstore's price.
So I'm thinking return the textbook to the bookstore (I kept the receipt just in case), buy it online and save my mother money.
I still have one more class for today and it's at 5:00 PM. It's a two and half hour long course which is probably going to make me want to kill myself before it's over. And I'm going to walk out feeling really hungry.
Coincidently, Delivery.com is offering extra points if you make a purchase today. I'm thinking a nice burrito. Mexican food from La Posada and extra delivery points. Yay! ^^ But it will be kinda late so hopefully they won't take as long as they did last time. :\ I do love their food but...
Oh damn, I better get home before 8 PM. The Beauty and the Geek 2 is on tonight and I have plans to catch it. Not to mention Top Chef is on tonight. Still, I have to study Japanese. I was right -- they are having daily pop quizzes...Those bastards. You can always hope for the worst in that class and can count on it happening. :\ Not fun at all. Today it was intransitive versus transitive, something I can do, thankfully. Tomorrow, who knows what it'll be. But I definitely have to get through chapter two for tomorrow -- that chapter totally kicked my ass when we first were covering it so I'm definitely feeling bad about it.
Okay, twenty minutes until I have to leave. Oh what shall I do?
