Oh my god, so damn good
Jan. 21st, 2007 02:23 pmI made my version of 3rd Ave North's Greene Sandwich today. It's a sandwich I ate practically every day back in Freshman year when I lived at 3rd Ave North and is probably the only vegetarian sandwich there.
Basically it's hummus, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, a slice of provolone and Pepper Jack cheese that has been toasted so everything is nice and warm and oh so melty. It's sooo good. I basically recreated it today for lunch. I've been meaning to ate it again but usually I was dissuaded because I don't normally eat hummus or use provolone or Pepper Jack cheese and I don't like having one purpose foods. It just makes it so much harder not to eat it before they go bad. But I think I'll be munching on these hummus sandwiches for a while -- at least until all my hummus is gone. Man, I want more now but I'm full...
I think I might make it for dinner tonight -- maybe two since it's the only thing I eat. And tomorrow I end at 2 PM so I could do that as well.
So tomorrow is Physics, Japanese and then Econ. I have to study ahead for Physics and I have to do Japanese. I'm not sure what Econ is about since I need to return the damn book and get it through the website... I mean it's saving $40 -- that's a lot. I should have put in my order last week though... :\ Our first homework will be due in a week and a half so I don't have as much time as I would have liked...So first thing tomorrow, return the book. Then order it online.
And before I forget, this is for Diana-chan who probably still doesn't have it:
Arashi - Love So Sweet (radio rip)
I have totally fallen in love with it. It's seriously amazing to me how your opinion of a song can change after you get some visuals of it. I particularly love the part where they go "hikkate motto saikou no lady" because of the image that makes. I am adoring the song now. I love Ohno's little part in this -- so perfect! Ohno always makes me smile. ^^
