Tired~~

I'm so tired... It's 1 AM and I have nothing to do. I'm caught up on my TV shows, I really don't have anything pressing I must do, I did my laundry... It's a Friday night and tomorrow is Saturday and I don't have to do anything tomorrow so I feel like I should sleep late today and wake up late tomorrow but I just have nothing to keep me up... It's really sad actually... I have nothing to read, nothing to investigate or watch... It's just me with nothing to do... I don't want to go to sleep even though it's probably good if I did...

I've been studying madly for Physics for the last week since my exam was today. I feel confident about it which automatically makes me feel uneasy about it. I could do it and some parts were ridiculously easy which was nice but it is curved and there were a couple questions where I had no idea what to do... I just hope I did okay... One midterm does get dropped but I would rather it not have been the very first exam... It'll just hang over my head and that would suck. But I do feel okay about it so I don't know how I did...

To celebrate the end of the Physics exam, I ordered an expensive dinner today for delivery. I almost always never get food delivery, except for special occasions because it's expensive and since you have to tip, it's even more expensive with that tacked on. I guess I could always not tip but I feel bad if I don't. It's not like I totally could afford it -- if I totally couldn't, then I wouldn't have gotten delivery at all. But still...

Anyway, a new Indian restaurant was added to Delivery.com (my most favorite site ever) and they had a Prix Fixe Dinner Special that was basically any entree with a samosa, rice and naan. And of course, I got all the nice dipping sauces for my samosa -- the cilantro one which was rather spicy, the yogurt one and the tamarind chutney that was rather good actually. I didn't end up eating it with the samosa, but rather which the naan but whatever. Anyway, I had been wanting to eat some good Chicken Tikka Masala for a while and since that same restaurant had a discount for the first time someone orders (20% off!), I just had to try it. It brought down the price to about $10 which is really nice since it's like normally $13.

The Chicken Tikka Masala was pretty good but I could have had it with a bit more flavor. It was a bit plain but the chicken was cooked perfectly and the rice was really perfect too. All in all, not too bad.

The naan was prefect though. It's absolutely amazing with the tamarind chutney. I wasn't all too fond of the yogurt one or the cilantro either but I've never really liked either yogurt or cilantro so it's not too much of a surprises to me. But the tamarind one? Totally out there. It's the one sweet dipping sauce but it worked well with the naan. I know technically I'm not supposed to eat it with the chutneys but it just tasted better that a way.

The samosa was not as good as I had hoped... I love samosas and was looking forward to it but I've had better. The outside pastry was too salty -- it felt like they had sprinkled it with salt or something... The insides was pretty good despite that though. It's the first time I've ever seen whole lentils in it though... It was a bit spicier than I would have liked my samosas even though I generally like spicy foods. I guess what I had problems with was that the spiciness obscured the true taste of the samosa. And the pastry wasn't as flaked as I would have liked it either. It wasn't terrible, just not the best. If I ever do get it again, I think I would try the pakora instead.

I think I would like to try their lunch specials someday -- it's only $5.95 which is about the same amount I would spend on my lunch anyway... Plus, free delivery! ^^

All in all, it was a pretty okay dinner. Worth the money I spent on it since I did get a good amount of food for only $10. I'm not sure I would order it again since there's no discount but I would go back for lunch...

So, I'm currently watching Busou Renkin but even though it does perk my interest, I'm at the same time not all interested in it either which is rather weird... Maybe I'm just too tired for this. I feel like I should go to bed but it's still so early...

But I've just remembered my book -- Murakami's The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle that I had put on hold because of more pressing school-related work. It would be nice to pick it up again. I'll probably fall asleep reading it but that doesn't seem too bad... I think once I finish this episode, I will do just that and see what happens. *shrugs*
