I literally screamed when I saw this! Since I was getting back into Angel/Spike fanfiction, I was also falling back in love with James so I was very happy to hear about this. I wonder if he'll be faking the British accent again or if he'll be using his normal American one... :\
Still, I kinda wonder about this because James is all old now... :( I mean he's 45 now -- so not yummy. Still, he looked really good when he was on Buffy and Angel back in this thirties... He's just a bit fuller now... Still, I'm excited about this. I wasn't sure I was going to actually to watch the second season of Torchwood since the first wasn't so awesome but I guess I'll have to tune in for a bit. ^^
Anyway, anyone catch Jay Leno last night with Daniel Radcliffe? Man, that boy can talk fast! I felt so sorry for him since he was visibly nervous and was just rambling... :\ He doesn't really have much composure during things like that I guess... The fans in the audience seemed to unnerve him a bit. Still, it was a pretty funny interview. There was a brilliant part where Jay asks Daniel if he's going to buy something that costs lots of dough for his birthday (in a few months and he's legal!) and Daniel responds with " Dough...like, bake a huge thing of bread or something?" It was so cute in such a clueless sort of way!
And when Jay Leno popped up the TV that's normally in between the guest and Jay, Daniel was taken surprised, jumped up and yelled "Oh my god!" I couldn't help but giggle at that. Jay said "Welcome to America" and when Daniel asked if he could push the button to make the TV go up and down, Jay totally let him play with it. He seemed really happy just by that and I found it all very cute. ^^ Oh Daniel...
Seriously though, has he never done a talk show before? In America? Don't all movie stars do the whole circuit of shows to promote their movies each and every time they premier? You wouldn't think the star of Harry Potter would be exempt... :\
