Potter Puppet Pals is AWESOME!!!
Jul. 19th, 2007 07:02 amWow, after not watching any Potter Puppet Pals for about a year or so, it absolutely amazes me that they managed to keep on going and have gone to real puppets!
With the whole seventh book being released this Saturday, it's started a bit of a Harry Potter frenzy in my brother and he started to do and see everything HP related. This was one of them. But I didn't really pay attention until someone posted a link to "Wizard Angst". And I have to say, I ADORE IT!!! So very cute~! It even manages to make me love Ron which is pretty hard to do since I've always been on the fence about him... Still, I think he's adorable in this -- the close up on him is so cute! And the ANGST, ANGST, ANGST!!! part was totally brilliant!
Everyone must watch!
The other memorable one was of "The Mysterious Ticking Noise" which totally made me crack up when I first watched it. Snape is right -- it is rather catchy. ^^ Snape, Snape, Severus Snape, Snape, Snape, Severus Snape, DUMBLEDORE! LOL!
But I have to say, which there is a mysterious ticking noise, wouldn't your mind automatically go to a ticking time bomb? A little too cliche but still very amusing. Especially when they all blow up and Voldemort chimes in to the tune of Lollipop.
Although the one video to take the cake was definitely of their live performance at the Yule Ball 2006. I didn't even know they had a live performance! Oh man, I so wish I had gone now... I mean that was pretty awesome! And Snape, oh my god, I love Snape so much! Self-defense indeed! ^^
I just had to go and download the songs though -- Like Snape was just too good. I've been listening to it all night. The other two songs, The Spell of Love and Avada Kedavra wasn't as good. Although watching Dumbledore do The Spell of Love was awfully entertaining. But I think Avada Kedavra was only good while Voldemort was doing it... I wasn't all too fond of it but I guess it was okay? :\
