Set traps for mice today since they were getting to be a bit of a problem. And when I say a bit, I mean out of control.

Anyway, in about two hours after I set them, we caught two mice! Good news in a way because yay, we caught two mice and that's two less mice to worry about but not good in the way that kasdfjaslkdjfaljsdf MICE!

My heart is still racing after seeing the second mouse's dead eyes. And seeing the body of the first mouse in its entirety. OH MY GOD, I AM SUCH A WIMP. But they were really, really, really, REALLY SCARY!!! T_T

I was going to dispose of them but then I saw them and screamed and ran away. It would be funny if it wasn't so sad. In the end, my brother got fed up and ended up doing it for me. Thank you Kent! You don't know how much I adore you for that...

I went and placed more traps where the mice had been caught.

I don't know if I should hope for more mice to be caught tomorrow or not... T_T

So caught two more mice... This time, the parentals disposed of it before I woke up so yay for that. Already, four mice in one day... Damn, we really have an infestation... T_T

One of the traps that are still standing had their goodies raped by the mice so I placed more sunflower seeds on the petal. I use a peanut butter/sunflower seed bait that seems to work rather well so I'm going to continue on doing that.

Aside from that, today we played for the second time, Agricola - Farmers of the Moor, the expansion pack for the original Agricola game. After playing it over and over and over, the game sorta grew on us. It definitely grew on Kent, that's for sure. He's now an Agricola fanatic. Me, I generally either lose or am somewhere in the middle with a mid to high 30s point total. Sometimes I do spectacularly because the cars are going my way and I get up to the 40s. I doubt I'll ever get really good at this game and FotM kinda adds on another bitchy level to the game that I'm not sure I like or dislike. Using some of your hard-earned wood to heat your house? Not really cool. :\

But it does make it seem less boring than it was before since we'd played Agricola a bit too much (nearly exhausted the scoring pad) and it was getting a bit old. And I can safely say I'm looking forward to yet another game.
