Aug. 17th, 2010 12:49 amSo yeah... Translated about two pages out of the nine that I had wanted to translate...
But somehow I got sidetracked with Animal Crossing... I played this game like maybe two years ago? Well, I started it and didn't understand how to move on after the part-time job and got stuck. And I hadn't been that interested enough to go and walkthrough it to figure it out...
Now, I'm giving it another chance! And yeah, it's addicting in the same way Harvest Moon and the Rune Factory games kinda are... I just want to go and get tons of money to make my house awesome! Gah, but I should really translate a bit more tonight...
Even if I don't get the nine pages I had wanted, maybe five? That'll put me about a third of the way done with the entire chapter... Or maybe seven since there isn't all that much text in the two pages after the fifth page? Hmm...we'll see. But since I'm not translating sound effects, this should go about a day faster...
Oh, dilemmas... Game or translation... :\
edit x1: Okay, decided to translate. It's going rather quickly (god, I love how much easier shounen manga is!) and I've already done three more pages! Maybe I can really get the last four pages and get to my nine page quota~! Score! ^^
And after that, a shower and Animal Crossing! Double score! ^^
edit x2: Well, that took longer than I thought it would... :\ I couldn't translate a bubble because for the life of me, I can't quite figure out what it says exactly... Well, I have the gist of it but I always go for accuracy and I can't pin it down... And then there's this phrase "よゆー" that I'm not so sure about. I think it's some sort of shortened slangy word that I can't quite find in my dictionary... *sigh* I'll figure it out eventually, hopefully...
