Even though I'm currently exhausted and trying not to fall asleep, I've decided to finally watch the last episode of Sherlock. They really do go for the fanservice, don't they? Not something I've just realized, but just wanted to put that out there regardless.

So, now that I'm finishing it off, shall I try this very new and sparkly fandom? But which LJ community shall I visit? The [livejournal.com profile] johnsherlock? Or perhaps [livejournal.com profile] 221b_slash? [livejournal.com profile] bbcsherlock or [livejournal.com profile] 221bsherlock? [livejournal.com profile] sherlockbbc?

SERIOUSLY?

Really, are all these communities needed for a series that only has three episodes? Granted, a gen community, a slash community and a pairing community would make sense but the others? Wouldn't there be massive overlap?

Geez, I think I'm just going to head for the John/Sherlock comm... Make things easier on me at the very least. But... is it too early for long fic? Somehow, I suspect it is... I can't help but want something of substance from this fandom, novella length or longer with plot and character development... Some, I'm already feeling disappointed...

*yawn* But before that, finish off the episode before I actually drift off to sleep... And tomorrow, 1 PM is the Washington v. Texas game (GO NORTHWEST!!! ONE MORE WIN!), and then at 4 PM, Hawaii v. Georgia, again. Considering Georgia has already beaten Hawaii once and Hawaii has to beat Georgia twice to advance, I'm not feeling all to hopeful.

BUT...

In all three games today, I felt exactly the same thing. I thought Hawaii was going to get killed by Ohio and somehow they managed a homerun and win the game. I thought Washington had no chance AT ALL against Texas and was feeling like the game was pretty much over when the score was 1-4 Texas in the 4th Inning and what happens, Washington got really, really, really, REALLY lucky, too advantage of some horrifically stupid errors on Texas' part and they end up winning. And last, I thought since Panama was leading against Chinese Taipei, I felt very...worried. Sure, it was only one run, but still, Chinese Taipei's batters didn't seem to be doing all that well against Panama's pitcher. And in the end, tied 1-1 in the 5th, somehow, Chinese Taipei ends up finally connecting and wins the game 5-1. So, I can't count anyone out tomorrow. I'm rooting for both Hawaii (WEST REPRESENT!...even if they've cut out Oregon and Washington from the West and made us part of the Northwest, I still feel lots of love for any "West" team) and Washington and though they seem like the underdog, miracles apparently do happen. I mean, just look at today...

Here's to hoping for yet another satisfying day of Little League World Series tomorrow.
