Stolen from [livejournal.com profile] nawlins7

Dear Santa...

Dear Santa,

This year I've been busy!

In August I punched [livejournal.com profile] nawlins7 in the arm (-10 points). In February I ruled Canada as a kind and benevolent dictator (700 points). In May on a flight to Vancouver, I stole the emergency flight information card (-40 points). Last Tuesday I put gum in [livejournal.com profile] mendice's hair (-12 points). In April I gave [livejournal.com profile] strawberry777 a wet willie, then I took it back (-5 points).

Overall, I've been nice (633 points). For Christmas I deserve an Easy-Bake Oven!

Sincerely,
sherryillk

I find it hilarious that I put gum in Xiao's hair. Hehehe.

This is actually the second time I did it... Last time it was really bad so I didn't want to publicize it at all. Yeah, I realize it was cheating but it made me cringe and blush and it would have been so unlike it me that I just couldn't do it.

Now, I'm trying to write a paper on public displays of religion and what Enlightenment philosophers would have thought about this issue. Thanks definitely goes to [livejournal.com profile] kiyasama for posting that one entry on the family who was asked to take down their nativity scene -- it is a direct tie in from recent news so definitely will get some extra points. Especially since the only other reference I could really find is the displaying of the the 10 Commandments in that court house in Alabama, Texas and Kentucky. And that's not quite public since it's moving in to the whole Establishment clause (which too many other topics fall under).

And after that, Orgo! We've been told that there will be FIVE synthesis problems on this upcoming midterm plus one mechanism problem. Since synthesis problems are worth eight points each, and an mechanism is about seven points, altogether that's about 47 points so if you don't know how to do these, you're SCREWED. Mechanisms are easy but synthesis... Never in any other chapter or even in combined chapters for a midterm have we ever covered this many synthesis reactions. It's scary. O.O

Oral went well enough today... I messed up one and my partner endevored to skip several lines of which I had to correct her and get us back on track... Hopefully it'll be okay in the end... *winces*

Now I must finish this essay so I can work on studying for the rest of the night. :\ Don't wanna but have no choice unfortunately... :( I will give this until 9 PM and then switch over.

I've been listening to MEBACHIKO for the last couple of hours. I love Oshitari's Kansai-ben. ^^
