XD All of the houses in my neighborhood are surrounded by 8 foot walls (that's the policy). We all moved there cause we wanted the privacy. ^^;;

Though my mom actually has good relationships with our neighbors ~ all the little kids come over to our house for candy (and yet, as my mother herself pointed out, she never gave us candy as children ^^;;;).
