Oh my god. Japanese Kewpie mayo mixed with Sriracha sauce with just a dash of rice wine vinegar and spread on plain white bread. It should be wrong how good that tastes. I think I have my new favorite mayo-based spread for sandwiches. My taste buds are still zinging from this spiced up mayo and it's such a nice feeling. I absolutely gobbled up this tasty (but unbalanced and fatty) treat just now that I didn't even think to take a picture of the orange spread on the bread to give you an idea of what it looks like. Next time!

edit x1: What is is also good as? A salad dressing! Yum~!

edit x1: Another good way to use it is as a dip! We've tried it with potato wedge fries, popcorn chicken, fried chicken and even pot stickers! What isn't it good on? It's like crack! Sooo good!
