If you ever see it on a menu, I totally recommend trying real crab in a California roll! I can't even describe how awesome it is...so awesome, that I would be loathed to put that spicy mayo sauce on it because it would just ruin the delicate sweetness of the crab. The only caveat is that everywhere I see it, it's a pretty expensive roll. :(
