sherryillkbored...bored...bored...
I've been bored since I got here. What is there to do? NOTHING!!! I'm in college and I'm bored out of my mind? I'm in NYC too! Isn't it a crime to be bored in this city?
I've been offline for a couple of days... I did finally move out of my old room and am in a new apt. now. Non-smoking, thank god. Also no drinking! I'm relieved. And the roommates are majorly better. They're all in the same school as me (CAS) and one of them is also a bio major. And I only have three of them this time.
The new apartment is also way bigger! I was shocked when I walked in! It was great and the bathroom can probably fit an entire party. Why four people need such a huge bathroom is beyond me but I'm not complaining.
My roommate is a pre-psych major and we have the same chem lect. together. Actually, we're both in the same chem lect. as another of my suitemates. It's probably a good thing that we're all together.
The other one, Michelle is also in CAS as I said before and I'm not really sure what she is... Politcs? Law? Something like that...
What's really funny is the fact that she has a Mary-Kate and Ashley calender, lol. So many people ragged us about them that you kinda wonder if it was a gag gift or something.
The people I'm with are so homey... They got out and get household supplies... I feel kinda awkward just hanging around there leeching off of them... And I'm absolutely terrible with anything to do with decorating that my side of the room looks so blank while the rest of the place is all nice... Even if I brought my anime posters, it still would have looked out of place.
I've spent so much money!!! It's amazing all the stuff I needed to buy... A new cord since the 14' was too short, books (way expensive there, one was $220 alone), a lamp, school supplies like paper, notebooks, blank CDs and CD cases, even some clothes and laundry stuff! I've spent probably about $1000... I feel so bad!
And I bought a microwave that I can't even use! My old room didn't have one but the new ones does. Grr... What am I supposed to do with it now?
It took me so long to get online... They didn't have any hublets left and had to reorder. You'd think they'll have one for every room. I mean who wouldn't use the internet? Nobody! But I finally got it now...
I still don't have a TV and I really, really, really need one. I don't know where I'm going to go get a cheap one but I must somehow. Maybe on the internet... *runs to check*
I'm starting to think $80 for a TV is pretty typical. The cheapest I found was a Best Buy one for $49.99 + $12 for shipping. It's 13'. It look nice and it's not that bad... I kinda want it but I don't know... I'll have to ask...
I've skipping a few meals... I can't help it... I think, hmm, I'm not too hungry and then I just don't eat. But I've been making myself eat, even when I don't want to. Skipping = BAD so I don't want to get into a huge habit of it... I've got to go shopping for some food so when I don't want to venture outside, I don't need to.
There are no supermarkets here! It's so freaking weird. All we have are delis and markets... I don't know what to make of it. Where are my supermarkets? Where's Safeway? Fred Meyer? Hell, where's Wal-Mart?
I'm downloading PoT 128 right now and it's taking so long... *sigh* It's been over 4 hours! But at least I've stopped uploading. Yay! And only half an hour to go...

lysistratarei had updated her mp3 site and I got the Dream Live 1st OST, which explains my earlier post. It's so freaking cool that I can't even express it! I mean, WOW!!!
I had heard such great things about Shinji's guitar song and it seriously is like my absolute favorite song on the whole CD. And KIMERU DOES MAKE YOU FREE!!! AND THE AUDIENCE IS SINGING ALONG! KYA!!! So cool!!!! I love it! I can't wait to actually see the show, providing someone rips the DVD. Someone, please rip it!!! Please!!! I've already spent way too much money and have bought the Kimeru DVD. I can't afford to shell out some more dough even though I really, really, really want it. I also want to really, really, really live so it's sort of a trade off.
I also got Minagawa Junko's Future of Blue CD. Some of the songs I already have (like Momo and Heart) but they were all okay...
Well, I've got to cut this sort. Muni (the Adult Swim Guy), our RA has invited us to go eat dinner and I've got to get ready. He said Indian food which scares me because I'm not really a big fan of Indian food...
Well, I guess that's it for now. Ja ne!
(Ack, I still have a ton of email to catch up on! Gotta do that when I get back. Must get back to Masha whom I haven't talked to for like five days... That's like an eternity for us who've talked with each other every single day for the last two years? Sorry, Masha. I will write you tonight.)
