Who was the one who said, "I don't hate you" as a way to say "I love you"?

Was there someone like that?

I feel like there was... Like it was somone's complex in that they can't express their liking something?

Was it from manga? Anime? A TV show? Something American? A book? A fanfic?

Ah, that was random...

Ah, back to nothing at all. What should I do? I'm on my last episode of the first batch of LGA and it will be forever until I get the next batch (if I do) and when I do, I'd probably need to study for my exams. I should be studying now... Maybe I should that...

I wish itchy was one of the Mood options... I've been wanting to put that for many of these posts...

Sounds very familiar... It's from manga, anime or fanfic because I remember this phrase being used for love confession as well, and these are the only sources we have in common. If I remember where it came from, I'll let you know.
