Experiment!

To those who go to college (though it's a little late for this year), do experiments for the Psych department. They're definitely worth it. I usually can't do them since they're always at times when I have class but I signed up for one tomorrow. I'm guaranteed $7 which is not that much but I can earn up to $15 more depending on how I do in the experiment. I'll probably end up with only $7 but I'm so hard up for cash that I need these $7.

It's terrible when your wallet gets stolen three weeks before the end of school and you cancel your debit and credit cards without the foresight to take out some spending money since the damn thief stole all your money... :\ I have checks but most places don't take checks. Nice! I'm down to about $100 but $50 is for cabfare, the rest I have stuff like buying a new Metrocard so I can get up to the storage place so there's $10, cheesecake for Diana since I've been promising forever for about $30 and I still need to eat that last day when the dininghall is closed. That wipes me out. Nice! I still need to buy some cleaning supplies so $7 right now will really help me... I feel so poor... T_T

But if you ever need quick cash, experiments are the way to go. You just sit there for an hour or two, answer some questions, do some harmless stuff and then you get paid. :) It's all good.

Tomorrow, I'll also exchange my breakage card if I can find it. There's $25 that can really help me as well. :)

I'm finally making some progress on my essay but not much. I have another that must be finished by tomorrow noon at the latest or else my schedule is going to get thrown off so badly... Tomorrow it's study for lab final (easy but still need a couple hours to go over all the notes) then Thursday is pack up and start on Jap. essay and I'll continue with the Jap. essay through the weekend with Bio and Chem studying throughout. Yup, that's what I'm going to try to do... :\

ehehehe XD yeah I've done a few of those. the experiments, that is. though we were required to do some for credit for intro to psyche... ^^;; so I only got payed once for a follow up experiment.

Luckily, I'm not a Psych major (like my roommate is) so I don't have to do any for credit. I just get paid. The problem is I almost never am free for them so I've only done three this year...

hmmm maybe I should look into that psych stuff. Sounds interesting.

Money is always good. And it's always like around the end of the semester I seem hard pressed for it, but selling your books back to the bookstore is a good way to go, even though they barely give you back half of what you originally paid, but hey, it's a little something.

Good luck on your finals and such! Classes end for me this week so I'm cramming like crazy trying to learn all the stuff I shoulda learned in class XD need to pass.

I would sell my books back if I didn't need them to study for finals and if they take them back. The bookstore here don't take bundles and I bought half of the stuff (the expensive stuff) in bundles. And pretty much the other half the school won't take back. :\ I'll sell my World Cultures stuff next year when they offer the course again but until then, I'll have to hold onto them.

Classes for me ended this Monday. It's a weird schedule.

I need to pass to. Badly. :(
