I've realized something.

Japanese PVs (at least the ones I've seen), suck. They lack feeling and they can't lip synch.

I watch it and it's like, okay? The song is good and powerful but they're really doing nothing for it in the PV.

I've just downloaded HAL's One Love PV (you know I love HAL!) but I'm disappointed. It's really a crappy PV.

I liked Kimeru's though but I think I might have been biased when I watched them... Kimeru!

I wanna wake up now. Kimeru, please.

I envy all the people who've experienced Kimeru in real life. I can only dream and hope but time passes me by each and every day...

I love you.

I made dinner again.

I made a vegetarian dish with Chinese cabbage, lily flowers, fried tofu and dried shrimp. And I also made fried egg with chives and shrimp. And white rice to go with it all!

The problem is I made enough rice for four people, enough food for at least three.

O.o

I planned on making more rice to make fried rice so I can take it to work study this week but I made way too much rice... I think I have enough for work study for two weeks.

I am getting the hang of making fried rice though. It was the pot's fault! HAH! But mushy rice doesn't help either.

*sniffs* The rice I made today is totally mushy!

And my funsee is totally mush too. I cooked it for too long... :(

Also, I gotta stop making a ton of food when it's just me eating.

And remember that water evaporates and things can burn... I forgot about the oil I had in the pan on the hot stove and about the food cooking away in a pan... One burned the other, thankfully nothing happened.

Also I need to learn to cut away from me. I cut a good chunk of one nail today. Thankfully it was the part that is not on my finger itself...

Oh! I learned a new trick today. I've been making very bland food lately because I never put enough salt in. So now I put way too much salt (in my opinion) and it's good since apparently, way too much is just enough and enough is way too little. I'm such a bad judge...

One last note of observation. Chinese cabbage takes way long to cook. Next time, I'm gonna boil it in water for like 20 mins before actually starting to cook it with everything else.

Now, food! Everything is getting cold. My eggs have been done for like 30 mins so they're already cold... :(

Okay, I admit it. It does grow on you. Soft when you need softness. Damn.

And Mars is based on a manga! Brittney has like almost the entire series (scary!). And she's read Kare Kano! Wow!

I've made myself a deal. When I get my first AR paycheck, I'm gonna blow $20 and buy the 9th and 11th volumes of Kare Kano. It's only $20 out of $150 -- not that much.... And I should have $60 for that first week I did it...

When I took AP Chem, I remember studying about the Triangle Shirtwaist fire that killed 146 people because they were trapped in a building they couldn't escape.

It's a rather famous fire in US history as it contributed to many reforms in US labor laws. And since it's like set in the Progression Era (a big part of US history that the exam almost definitely focuses on), it was studied pretty indepthly by my history class.

Never, never, never would I have thought I would ever see this building.

Hell, I didn't even know it was still standing. I mean it was a pretty huge fire.

But, not only have I've seen this building, I have Chem lab in it too. What a terrible thought. I have class in a building that was the site of one of the most tragic moments in pre-industrial US history. Wow.

edit x1: GARY IS NOT GAY!!!! His facebook profile has him saying he's interested in women. Nice to know.

But damn, my gaydar sucks.
