Okay, Sherry has decided to like him because of his seiyuu now.

*head down* It does really sound like him... Why the fuck was I so stupid? Because I wasn't very acquainted with his seiyuu during the Hyotei arc considering I got into PoT in May 2003 and I was watching the Hyotei arc a month later. (Yes, I like asking obvious questions that I can answer myself.) But still, I had sorta kinda liked him (love acrobatic types) back then and his character single was good and now that I know who he's voiced by... Well, he's cemented in one of the characters that Sherry likes.

Now, the only ones from Hyotei that I'm iffy about is Kabaji (who is endearing in a weird odd way) and Wakato but that's only because Wakato is evil. But I am sorta kinda softening my stance towards him.

This makes me what to listen to DA DA DA again. But Sherry must write something today!!! Write, god damn it. I finally have my beginning paragraph written. Progress!

Snow

This on and off snow sucks.

We just got about maybe 2 inches over the night. Nice.

It's gonna be gone probably by tomorrow but still, this is like the third time we've gotten snow in the last three weeks. Why? I'm totally not used to this. It's supposed to snow once and be done with it. I like it when it was easy like that.

When in doubt...

I'm in doubt. I'm an idiot in not asking sooner but really, I hadn't thought about it. But I should have.

If you're writing a paper and you're using citations, what sort of format should you use? My Russia paper was written in Turabian format. My first two essays in WTE was in MLA and the last was in CBE style. And then there's APA.

Which should I use? MLA is the default isn't it? If it's not... Sherry will be upset. I want to use the Turabian method (since I know it well right now having used it two weeks ago) but seeing as I'd had never heard of it before my TA said we had to use it, I would hate for my prof. to see it and wonder what the hell I'm doing.

So MLA it is... Still, gah. I hate it when they don't specify. I mean, footnotes or in-text citation? There's a difference! Or what about footnotes vs. end notes? There's a difference in that as well. Gah...

I like footnotes. I'm using MLA footnotes. There. He can't fault me too much seeing as HE was the one who didn't specify. Right?

I am determined to get most of this essay done before 11 PM. Five hours, I should be able to do it... Six really, but there's an hour for dinner in there.

I am redoing what I had done last night. It was crap and now it's better...ish. But Sherry will stay on task...

But still, it's hard. Especially when hinoai has posted such beautiful Kimeru pics... *drools and dies* Seriously, so good....

But back to essay writing! I've decided against MLA format and have decided to go Chicago Manual Style (which really is what the Turabian method is based on) instead. I don't like MLA's parenthetical type of cites. It has always annoyed me so since he didn't say we had to...

One last post before I wash my hair

On my list of things to do, washing my hair is the last seeing as I just ate and that was second to last. Dinner was...breakfast. I don't know what the hell they were thinking when deciding that Tuesdays would be breakfast dinner night but breakfast for dinner is nice once a year, not every single damn week -- especially when it's usually Tuesdays that I have time for dinner in my schedule.

Well, this post was my last ditch effort to spam. I've noticed something really sad. I've only posted about 600 entires in my journal of over three years. There was year and half where I basically was just spamming with quizzes but really, it is sorta kinda sad...

And I am definitely an isolationist at heart. I don't have that many friends or that many communities. It used to bother me and in some ways it still does but really, I think I like it better this way. I'm comfortable where I am and with the friends I have on my list. And since I'm not a social person at all, I doubt it would be in my best interest to rack up an impressive flist.

Though, sometimes I think about what if... And then I wonder if I would be thinking the same thing if my what if was true. Probably. I am a terminally frustrated person who is never happy with what she has so probably.

Washing hair for the next 15-so mins. and then working on essay until...well, until it's finished. Hopefully, now before midnight but I can work until 2 AM! Yes! Gives me about six-ish hours.

Gah. This is essay will suck. Very, very badly. There's just no way I can bring in the Nara and Heian periods with Azuchi Castle when dealing with one aspect of the castle but I don't want to split them up since it's one aspect and if I do, it'll be the same aspect repeated. Don't know what to do... And the Middle Ages... Azuchi was built during the Middle Ages, right? So where does the Zen and renga fit in? Middle of Heian-Middle Ages? Gah.

I hate this course. I bought the new coursepack yesterday. It's freaking ass huge and cost me $28. :(

Oh... I have lab tomorrow. :( Watch me fuck it up.
