I'm currently doing Chem homework! I understand nothing. It's amazing.

I should probably go to sleep... It's amazing how when you're totally exhausted but you get used to it so then it becomes more of a constant tired more than anything and then pretty bearable. Which is totally misleading because then you think you can go a couple more hours without sleep. I feel like going to 2 AM right now but I have an 8 AM class so I probably shouldn't. Probably, lol.

Oh, something I just remembered. cruel_disorder, I sent out the CDs to Kimi wa Petto a couple of days ago so you should get them some time within the next week or so... I meant to say something earlier but it sorta slipped my mind.

They really are screw us over... God damn NYU...

It's bad enough that we have to live in Water Street next year, the furthest dorm from campus with no internet or cable or long distance phone service but now they're trying to reform it?

I mean, why the hell did they have to do it to us?! Right now to-be-Sophomores have the last pick in the Housing Lottery so they basically get stuck either in Lafayette, a dangerous, old, smelly building in a bad location or at Water Street -- half an hour away by bus and possibly more during rush hour. It's smack dab in the Financial District so far, far away.

But now they want to "enhance" the Sophomore housing experience by getting the good dorms around Union Square (Pallidium, UHall -- the good, new buildings that have great dining halls) that's like 15 minutes walking from campus. That's how far I am now from campus.

They fucking suck since this will go in effect AFTER we have suffered at Water Street and not only that, they screw us over doubly since when it goes into effect, we'll have the lowest priority AGAIN in the lottery. It'll be Sophomores with the highest priority (the freshmen after us), then the Seniors and then us. Freshmen don't count since they have their own dorms so we'll probably be stuck in Water Street again. I heard you'd have to wake up at 5:30 just to get to a 8 AM class... I won't be able to survive very well... And pretty much everyone hates it there. We've as a group decided we're gonna live there but only because Lafayette is dangerous and lot less nicer than Water Street, even if it is closer.

But still!!! The deal was that you get screwed Sophomore year so that you can living in Pallidium Junior year. Pallidum has one of the best gyms on campus and had their own swimming pool. And their dining hall is the best aside from Kimmel, which really isn't a dining hall at all.

Fuck NYU Housing. How is this FAIR?! I mean we'll be given last priority TWO YEARS in a row! T_T

If they want to make reforms, I think they shouldn't screw over people who are currently suffering. I think we (the Freshmen this year only for their Junior year) should be given priority over the Seniors. I mean the Seniors had second priority going in as Juniors so it's kind a like spreading the wealth. But then again, they'll have last priority twice two, but in nonconsecutive years... *makes a face* That's not fair either...

I mean, I know it sucks and we'll get the short end of the stick and it's for the great good and all that but they should address our concerns as well... Maybe make the us and the Juniors this year equal in the lottery?

I don't know. I don't want to think about this because it's making me upset and it's late... Gah... dead dead dead....

I'm not gonna last tomorrow, trying to go to Chem lab lect... Gah...
