I'm a mix of emotions right now...

I have mail but my Hotmail account is "Temporarily Unavailable." :( I hate it when that happens...

But I'm a bit happy because I just finished watching the San ka shou part in Tenimyu and that never fails to excite me. This time was no exception. I love how well this part is choreography. I've mentioned it before but kya, what a great part.

I watched the latest A-O release of PoT... I think Tezuka is showing a bit of his age in this episode... I mean his logic makes sense but it seems like he's a little pissed off for Ryoma's disregard of the game and he's lashing a bit. It's kinda like what happened with Fuji...

Today, I went to Kimmel. I had meant to go to Chinatown to go star paper hunting but that got cancelled. They were having a Bio lab practical study session for two hours in the afternoon and I had to because I barely remember how sponges look like. Oh, a related sidenote? Algae are gonna kill me. I'm never gonna remember if a particular algae is red or green or blue-green or brown... It's so annoying -- a brown algae is not necessarily brown. Gah, I'm screwed.

But yeah, I went to Kimmel for lunch since it's there and it's good and I got pasta again. You know how you eat something a lot, you start to get tired of it? Well, I adore the pasta at Kimmel. It's made right in front of you and you get the choice of either chicken or shrimp and two types of veggies from a variety of different types. I usually get chicken with bell peppers and mushrooms with alfredo sauce. It's sooo good but that's what I've eaten for the last two weeks because of midterms.

My science midterms are on Fridays, the days when Kimmel are least busiest during lunch hours so I usually get out of class with about an hour for lunch before the exam so I go over Kimmel to get food.

It's kinda like how I always get Chinese food (chicken with broccoli, carrots and baby corn with Szechuan sauce and fried rice) at Kimmel every Wednesday before lab. I started getting kinda tired of that too...

But anyway, I decided to try something different today. Instead of the normal choices, this time I picked shrimp (even though I'm not particularly fond of shrimp), asparagus and peas. With alfredo sauce because I hate marinara and I can't stand the taste of pesto. And I opted for no garlic this time though I typically do get garlic every time.

It was pretty good. The asparagus was a bit...a fiber-y and I couldn't eat some of it but it's really not bad. I'm thinking about maybe peas and mushrooms next time. Or maybe peas and olives. Or just a lot of peas. I've realized I love peas. They're so yummy. Oh! Peas and carrots, a great combi! And it was Gemelli pasta which is really quite cute. Rob, the Pasta Guy is also a character. He is hilarious and makes it an experience.

Ah... Sherry love Kime chan. And Sherry's gonna get KOTOKO songs! Sherry likes KOTOKO's sound...

I know I'm getting random but really I haven't much to say. I fell asleep doing Chem homework for like an hour. I'm like refreshed now but still, I didn't even get through one problem. :(

Oh! Stars!!!! I got two packs of paper via mail (gotta love eBay and their nice deals) and I've realized that this is going to be expensive. A pack of 100 for $3 and I'm trying to make 5,000? It could easily go over $200!!! That's a bit much for me...

But really, a lot of it are like the magnetic, shiny/holographic paper that's expensive. But that's the theme for the project! I love Kimeru but to spend that much money on paper? I can't do that...

I found kits with like 1000 for about $6. That's a good deal but they're not shiny... I was thinking that maybe I should do like 3000 shinny and 2000 not. Or half and half so it kinda looks like it is...

I started to make them today. I've got about 2% done. My hand hurt... And for the thin sheets of paper, I keep ruining the stars.... :(

But gambatte! I will do this. Stars for Kime-chan!!! :)

I'm gonna go down to Chinatown tomorrow since I couldn't go today because of bio and check out the paper... Hopefully it doesn't snow or be insanely cold.

Oh, bio... It was kinda bad... When I'm threatened, I tend to babble and say stupid things. I was very threatened and intimidated today with the TA who usually proctors my bio midterm exams. He's kinda of a big hulking guy who has a bit of a "mean" edge to him... And since I was kinda afraid of him, I just kept on talking and saying very obnoxious stupid things and making an absolute fool of myself. What I said, you don't want to know as I'm desperately trying to forget it myself but I think I've given him a terrible impression of me... :(

It's too bad... He's actually kinda okay if you get on his good side... We had some good moments but he's a scary TA -- very hardcore. He's not funny loving and crazy as Kerry (the guy who fought in Japan in death matches) or as easy going as Dave who really doesn't care at all... He's soooo involved. I kinda want him as my TA -- we'd probably never be let out of lab until 7 PM but he seems like a fount of knowledge...

*shrugs* What can I say? I might be terrified of the guy but I appreciate smart people.

I got the guest pass from the office... Ivy's coming this Monday... Gah... Midterm! I have good news though. I was misinformed and one of the essay I thought would be due next week is due after Winter Break! Yatta! One thing off my shoulders. But I still have the Chem essay, the Chem problem set and the midterm and the practical to study for... I'm gonna be so hardcore with the practical... And midterm. Totally. Scary-ness...

Gonna figure what to do now... My MVP Valentine has hit the messy stages and it hurts watching so many people unhappy... Oh, that reminds me of Peach Girl! Yes, it's weird to think of the two of them together but essentially, they are the same story. A girl who has two guys going for her, both good: one she likes and the other who likes her a lot and is very willing to a lot for her. The difference is that Momo from Peach Girl will probably end up with Okaysu (yes, I did look up spoilers, so sue me) and Xiaoxi will not end up with Prince (played by my Tony)...

Oh well, Tony is good enough to look at but still, I wish he was happier... Poor guy...

I should have some anime around that I haven't read yet somewhere...

Ah food...

So, like I meant to go down to Chinatown today but since I woke up at 3 PM... Well that idea was dashed.

So the trip has postponed yet again to tomorrow, after I go do some community service at the soup kitchen.

So yeah, how many times has it been postponed? I meant to go Monday but didn't because of large amounts of schoolwork so then it was changed to Friday. But I couldn't go yesterday because of the practical review and decided to go today. But didn't because I went to sleep at 5 AM and didn't wake up until 3 PM. But, but, but!! Yesterday, I will definitely be going.

I woke up late and Xiao came over to talk about various things...mainly about why the hell didn't I go and get her to go but it was smoothed over pretty quickly. :) And since we both haven't eaten yet, we decide to get Chinese food delivered.

And for $4.50, that was a lot of food! I could only eat about half of it. I got Beef Lo Mein and that came with fried rice, Hot and Sour Soup and some fried wonton wrappers.

It was actually pretty good. And soup! Soup was good -- it was the best outside of my dad's (my daddy makes the bestest Hot and Sour Soup evers!) and that's saying a lot. The fried wonton wrappers are actually pretty good and there was so much food...

I've decided to make soup again and eat the other half for dinner tonight. :) My soup is a meal in itself practically. The last time I made it, I had the entire soup for dinner. My parents would probably kill me if they knew since it really wasn't a very good meal at all but it was sooo good... I ate the meat that I used in it with soy sauce and drank the soup and ate all the stuf I put into the soup... It was actually pretty good -- although I can't get the seasoning quite as good as the way my grandmother could...

Soup is cooking so it should be done in like 2-3 hours... :)

Gonna do homework for the day. Yay.

Currently downloading: A TVB drama about school and teachers with one of the characters as Bobby and another being that guy who was in love with Jessie in Dectective Investigative Files or something like that. You know the one -- there was three of them? First one, uh yeah, don't really remember that one all too well. Second one - crazy girl and amnesiac Jessie who leaves to go to Canada? Third one, Jessie being held prisoner in Mainland China in Beijing I think?

Ah! I want this song! My MVP Valentine has this great song where it's the instrumental version of BoA's Every Heart played in saxophone during some of the most poignant moments of the show. I want that song! I loved Every Heart back when I heard it in Inuyasha (I'm pretty sure that's where I first heard the song) and it's used so well in My MVP Valentine... *sniffs* But I don't think My MVP Valentine has a BGM CD out anywhere.... At least I haven't run into one...

edit x1: 5566 love! I'm slowly getting good quality mp3s of all the songs I want from 5566. And ne, Diana-chan, Sherry even got that evil song with the billions of Chinese groups singing in the song... It's very...interesting. It's actually the first track of one their albums...

edit x2: Pet peeve of Sherry -- telling Sherry what to do as though you know better than Sherry. Also related to preaching to Sherry and acting as though you are better than Sherry. Suggested advice is nice but really, if you tell me what to do, don't. I will do the same. I won't pretend to be better than you and please don't act like you are to me.

Geez, I'm starting to think Kiyasama's post from a while back was on the right track. That's really sad and it's makes me a bit sad as well... :(

Posted because some things have been bothering me for a while and I haven't said anything yet about it. I'm very much for the "let go" tactic where you don't let things get to you because they're mostly trivial anyway. And to lose connections and friends over trivial things is just stupid when it could be avoided if I were a little less sensitive or critical. But it's getting to the point where I can't ignore it any more and it's bothering me more and more. Strong people who get to the point are nice and all, but please, have a little tact. Sometimes you can come off sounding a bit harsh when you don't mean it. And that's what I have to say. Chem homework it is.

edit x3: Or not.

I don't think I put enough meat into my soup... Usually I would use a mix of pork, chicken and beef but I had no beef this time and not that much pork so I put in a lot of chicken to compensate. Now it's more like a chicken broth more than than anything... I knew I should have put in more pork! Damn. :(

And I want SE7EN songs. I don't know why, but I do. I have like six songs and I absolutely adore Come Back to Me right now but I really want more. I love R&B so much sometimes and this is one of those times. But Sherry isn't finding much in terms of mp3... :(

edit x4: Okay, scratch that. KaZaA is my God. Hopefully I'll be able to get many SE7EN mp3s there. ^_^

edit x5: I HATE KaZaA!!! They're all "Remotely Queued" which means I have like a snowball's chance in hell to get these songs. Fuck! :(

WTF?!

A-O has released a fan-dubbed version of PoT, episode 1.

I'm downloading it for the sole purpose of laughing at it and seeing how bad it is. I mean, it could be good but I hate dubbed so that's already an immediate slight on it. LOL, we'll see how it is.
