Stressberry!

I am positively in love with my Stressberry. I can't seem to stop handling it and squeezing it and throwing it in air. Which is terrible since it has this odd rubbery smell that gets on my hands when I play with it.

I wish I had a camera on me -- it really is the cutest thing. All red and strawberry-like but then again, it's a strawberry stress ball so it's given that it would look like a strawberry. It was one of my many treats from the Strawberry Festival yesterday. Actually, I got two. They were giving them out like candy and I really regret not getting a third because then I would have enough to juggle with.

Yes, I am weird.

Stamped on it is the phone number for the Office of Wellness Learning. It figures they would be the one doing them. I wonder if this was this attempt to circumvent any suicides due to stress from finals?

Anyway, I came away from the Strawberry festival with a handful of strawberry candy (of which I am still trying to finish off), two huge slices of Strawberry Short Cake (so yummy!!!), a strawberry sticker and a magnet with the picture of me and Xiao with the human strawberry. It was amazing. And it was all free. We devoured strawberry snow cones, popcorn, LOTS of cotten candy and of course, lots of yummy strawberries.

God, you have to love private universities. XD

I just saw episode 3 of Tsubasa Chronicles and 40 of KKM. Very good, both of them were. I am looking forward to more of both. Oh! I also saw episode 148 of PoT. It enforces my love SanAto and makes me yearn for 149 because it can only get better. :)

I am now reading fanfiction. You know how you read a story where the first chapter is really great with the characters all in character but then later, they become less in character but then you're too lazy to go and find another story because the story is not that bad anyway? I'm in one of those now.

And why is it that hard to find a long HP H/D story where someone has not been raped or abused and with no OCs? Is that asking a bit too much? I've run out of anime related fanfiction so I've gone back to HP for the night (as I am not in the mood for some badly written Spuffy fics) and it's kinda hard finding anything that's good.

Someone update a SasuNaru fic that I'm reading! It's been ages since one of the stories on my favorites list have been updated and it's making me antsy.

A revision: Also stories where Harry is not a slut. And come to think, this probably applies to Draco as well. Isn't it just great 12 chapters into a story and you still keep finding more people that they have slept with?

Bought the jar!

I finally bought the star jar today. And I poured all the stars I've made into it as well. As I thought, they were more than half way. It was about 3/4 of the entire thing. I still have about 500 more stars to go but it shouldn't change all that much.

The cork top is not so well fitting so I think I'll have to secure it for the flight over to Fran. But not so much that she can't get it off and put in Ames' contribution. I think if Ames does about 2,000-2,500 (maybe a bit more), it should be good enough to fill the entire thing.

If I had a camera, I would take a picture of what it looks like right now but obviously I don't. And I'll probably have sent the thing before I go home so it's not like I can take it there where I have the digital camera (or any camera for that matter).

Gah, my arms are still trembling. The jar was damn heavy so walking back from Chinatown was a pain... And it was hot. And I didn't check the weather before going out and had on a jacket that I had to take off. How annoying.

So what am I going to do today?

I am going to do stars and study. Probably in that order. :)

Finals are starting this week but I only have one this week and two the next. I really need to find time work on my essays... All three of them. :(

I can't believe I'm going to be home in two weeks. Time is gonna fly by so fast, especially with no work study and no classes to go to...

Hey, when I make a fist, my hand trembles on it's own! Tomorrow is going to really suck, huh? My arms are going to be so sore...
