Oh dear...
I was munching on a preserved olive and I accidentally swallowed the pit. It's not the first time I've swallowed something I shouldn't but it's the first time it's something this large and this misshapped. Olive pits are football shaped and have sharp, pointy ends and I can't help but think that it's gonna hurt when comes out...
This is what I get for eating olives though. I never though I could swallow one of the pits though. I tried a new brand of olives, trying to one as yummy as the ones I eat back home but alas, this one was also a dud. It wasn't as bad as some of the previous brands I bought but not sweet enough.
Anyway, I'm doing laundry. It's midnight and I still need to fold my clothes... *makes a face* Hopefully it won't take too long and I'll be done before my roommate gets back. She went out with a friend and from what I heard, I think they'll be bar-hopping for the night so I assume she won't be getting back until late.
And I've noticed something about my new roommate. She is a bit messy. I'm not exactly the neatest person in the world but I can't stand things on the ground -- if it falls, my natural inclination is to pick it up. And I definitely can't stand papers, clothes laying around either -- I like to be able to walk without being scared about slipping to my death. I'm very big on the stackage of stuff, even if I let it all collect into big stacks of stuff. Still, I had a chair once upon a time and for the first time, I know what it means to have a real messy room. I'm glad to know that I'm a lot cleaner than I thought I was.
edit x1: Ugh. I just got my poster paper assignment group members list. I'm with two guys, both Bio majors (at least there's that!), both Juniors and are people I've seen around my classes before but... Ugh is the first thing that comes to mind, the first sound I made and is how I feel knowing it's the two of them. Ugh. Hopefully it won't be as bad I think it will. But considering we're on week 4 (that's the week after this coming week!!! OMG -- freaking out now, freaking out majorly!!!), we won't have that much time to prepare... Not happy, not happy at all... *freaks out*
