There must be something wrong with getting 9+ hours of sleep and STILL being tired. And I made it a point to go to bed at 11 PM yesterday. 11 PM!!! That was still yesterday! That NEVER happens. I was all good, trying to get enough sleep and I still end up sleeping and wanting to crawl back into bed?

No fair. Gah, I didn't want to get any coffee today but I think I'm going to have to... :(

Tonight promises to be a long night full of work so I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep early tonight as well... Hopefully my body won't betray me because that would kinda suck... And I have to think of dinner tonight...Do I want to make something? Because I think I might have to buy something in order to make something.

Ugh, I hate being awake. I'm so tempted to skip my first class...That would be so nice... But I really can't... :(

Okay, off to class I go. :\

So full!

So today's Halloween. I went to work but I probably shouldn't have bothered because half the students decided to use that as an excuse to just skip school. Yay. And because of that, Ms. Hassler (the teacher who is in charge of afterschool) cancelled afterschool.

I had been planning on doing afterschool (twenty bucks right there!) and then going to get pho afterwards for dinner but because of the fact that we were let out at 3:15 PM rather than 5 PM, it was more of a very late lunch more than anything...

But I was starving since all I had was an egg on a roll that I grabbed from the cart in front of the Courant building before class... That was more breakfast than anything and I didn't get lunch so I needed to eat something.

But the pho was awesome. I went to Pho Grand, so far the best pho place that I've been to. They're very fast and within probably five minutes (less even) of me ordering, I got my food. And they're very generous with the bean sprouts, even for one person which is awesome.

This time, I went and got the Vietnamese coffee drink that Diana keeps on saying she adores. I got it iced which was nice. It was...okay. A bit bitter though, but I think that's because they didn't give me enough of the condensed sweetened milk. A little bit more and it would have been awesome. I would drink it and the very first taste would be great but then I would taste the bitterness and then it wouldn't be as great anymore. Still, I think I might order it again, maybe in a different place and hopefully it'll be better.

Normally, I don't eat out so much but I feel as though I've been cooking an awful lot. And I'm at the time of the year where I'm just tired and not really into doing anything anymore so I went and got food. I got delivery yesterday, also Vietnamese food.

Diana, you would be so proud of me. I got that one dish that you adore so much, the practically salad one with the noodles and grilled pork. And yes, the sauce is really awesome and is what makes the dish totally yummy. The place that I got it from, separated the veggies from the noodles and pork so I arranged it nicely on a big place and I was a bit surprised and how much there seemed to be. It was really good and for only $7.50, it was almost a steal. And since I ordered it off of Seamless web and got 20% of the order, it was even more of a bargain. I will so order it again. Now if only I can find some place to delivery me pho...

Today, I plan on finishing going through my research papers to write my abstract for Microbiology. I'm done with about six of the eighteen papers that I printed off as sources so it's a long night of reading. If I have time, I want to read my Japanese article and figure out what the last couple of paragraphs are about. And maybe start my book review on The Little Prince. I'm not sure if I'll be able to convey the beauty of the book in my very bad Japanese but hopefully I'll be able to get across how much I adore that story and all the metaphors about life, people and society. Lastly, I want to maybe do my computer assignment on animated GIFs. Apparently, the class did bouncing balls during one of the days that I skipped so that idea is out. Instead, I'm going to do a hatching egg, out of which comes out Bear-chan, my beautiful and beloved stuff bear, and I'm going to do his journey to find me. My professor talked about wanting around 100 frames, which freaked me out because on the assignment page, it said a minimum of 20 frames. Obviously, she wants to really go above and beyond so I'm going to try and do that.

Okay, it's 5 PM. I'm going to have to start reading my papers now if I want to really pack in everything that I plan for tonight. I realize, I'll probably only get through my plans for Japanese but that's okay. We'll just have to see how industrious I am.
