Ugh, I just had the most horrific dream... I was in some sort of Sci-Fi club with the people of SGA -- Joe Mallozzi and his wife Fondy, Paul Mullie, Carl Binder, Martin Gero... In the dream I was so pleased to be included and I was absolutely in awe of these awesome people. But then they turned on me and when I was making my introduction, apparently my grammar wasn't up to snuff and they basically berated me and insulted me until I left. :( It was all because I said "um" and "like" a couple of times... *sniffs* And I was so happy in the beginning! We were trading thoughts about the new Star Trek movie, various Euro boardgames but then they all got mean... Well, Fondy just kinda looked on sympathetically but still... I went at them back because I was incredibly hurt that they would be so petty but it was like how Joe gets when someone asks him a question he doesn't like or says something critical on his blog -- not a fun experience by any means.

I woke up after they were escorting me to the door and to make matters worse, I found myself with a plugged up ear. It's the first time I've ever woken up with ear problems and now every once in a while, I get this horrible stabbing pain in my ear. I managed to unplug it by draining the ear with some warm water but the ear ache is still present. And it still feels weird. It gets all poppy whenever I press on my ear and it's somewhat painful to touch as well... I've taken an Advil so hopefully the pain will just go away when that starts to kick in.

To bolster up my spirits, I'm watching last night's episode of NUMB3RS and enjoying some yummy strawberry jello I made last night. I don't know why but I've been craving jello the last few days and when I remembered there was a package of jello in the cabinets, I couldn't resist. I'd be meaning to make it for a while but I've always stalled on what containers to put the jello in the set... I had cookie sheets and cake pans but nothing seemed appropriate. Then I just decided to screw it and use tumblers. They were short and fat making them absolutely perfect. ^^ It almost makes me forget about the weird ear and wondering whether nor it'll go away... :\
