Fairy Tail

So...I watched all the episodes of Fairy Tail released. It reminds me of One Piece. And of a bit of Naruto. And really, I guess, it just reminds me of those shounen mangas where you go from arc to arc where there's an ensemble of cast and they just fight and fight evil bad guys, and just when they're about to lose, they recoup and end up winning. And then the evil bad guys end up not being so evil.

It's not generally my thing. I find myself getting bored when those scenes happen. It's one of the reasons why I've abandoned One Piece and Bleach (and Naruto now that I think about it). Eventually, I just get tired of it. I invest in maybe a hundred episodes to ultimately stop watching. Manga, it's a bit better. I try to focus on the dialogue more and it's easier to do so, so I get further.

So I'm reading the Fairy Tail manga. And I'm liking it. But then again, I liked One Piece, Bleach, and Naruto too, and I read a lot of those chapters to ultimately stop reading. As a realist, I can't help but think that it'll probably happen with Fairy Tail too but for now I'm enjoying it.

Plus, it helps that I've fallen just a bit in love with Loki. *sigh* He's so awesome... I do love a man in shades. I just wish he showed up more!
