It's not as bad as I feared. In fact, it's better than I expected! Perhaps my love of the manga is influencing my opinion of the drama, but I'm actually quite interested.
It's a bit different and I feel like it's spoiling me for the manga but I can't stop watching it. I do hope it ends up as half as funny as the manga though. I think I'll be satisfied with that at least.
edit x1: I think...I'm okay with it not totally being humorous. They've really rounded out the story with the added drama and I think I like it! ^^
edit x2: After watching the 5th episode (raw too! I didn't understand a good amount of it... T_T), I finally realized that this drama is not really based on the manga. But, that's okay too. As a drama, it's not bad once you let go of the manga.
