New Cell Phone!

I got a new cell phone today! It's the Motorola RAZR and it's very cool.
It's a bit wide but the thinness of it totally makes up for it. And the camera on it is so much better than my old camera so I'm doubly happy about that. ^^
We went to get another phone added to our family share plan for my brother but when we got there, my mother decided that my brother shouldn't get such a great phone (he's a guy, he's prone to lose things, drop things, and kill things) so she decided I would get the new phone and he would get my old phone.
But the number that was activated for Kent has my mother totally upset. It ends with "1214," which if spoken in Cantonese, is VERY VERY BAD. I'm not very good at Chinese, but I would translate it roughly as "you'll easily die" and since the number was supposed to be mine, my mother was ready to change it right then and there, even with the $15 fee, before I get on that plane to fly back to New York.
*laughs* I'm not superstitious so I wouldn't mind it (even though I had no intention of taking that number anyway because I wanted my phonebook so I just switched the SIM cards on the phones) and I talked to my sister and brother and they don't care either.
But I have Chinese parents and they all care. So it'll get changed. Now whether or not they'll have to pay the fee depends on how big of a bitch my mom can be on the phone with T-Mobile. *veg*
edit x1: Oh, just looked at my official booklist for the Spring term. Grand total: $36.95
Oh yeah! Not bad, huh? It helps to only have one new course and that course having only one book that costs $36.95.
This is my lowest yet.
edit x2: Oh god, I just realized that it's Thursday. I have only have three more days at home! NOOOOO!!!! I don't wanna go back yet! :(
