Thunder and lightning

sherryillkI thought it was my imagination that I had saw lightning but then I heard a large clash of thunder so I realized that it wasn't my imagination. Even now, there are some soft rumblings off in the distance. I know this might seem stupid but I don't think I've consciously been aware of the fact that there could be thunder and lightning during the day time... Ah the storm has finally hit...
Woah, it sounds like a torrential downpour... *peeks outside* Damn, that's a lot of rain falling at once... There are pretty high winds as well so outside looks like those images of a hurricane... o.O
Hopefully it'll stop before the day is over...
edit x1: It's coming down even hard her now... Outside is scary... o.o It's hitting the skylights pretty hard too...
edit x2: Just when I thought it couldn't come down any harder... This is like back in New York.... God, I really hate the rain...
edit x3: I hate this storm. It just knocked me offline for the last twenty minutes. *makes a face* I had files queued! And I was in the middle of downloading after waiting in the queue! All of it, lost! :(
