Ah headache...

Something happened to my eyes today... I had a blind spot that I think my mind was compensating for... I was walking to Cooper Square for my Japanese class this afternoon and I was walking near the grates when I realized I couldn't see all the crisscrosses of the grates. And obvious that bothered me. On further inspection, it was this fuzzy oval shape thing on the left side of my vision. And it was both eyes too, which perplexes me... It was like someone had decided to cut out a small piece of my vision and my mind was compensating for what should be there as best as it can. So it turned out that that spot was a bit blurry and it had this fuzzy outline... It freaked me out a lot... And then it started expanding... It lasted for about half an hour and then it disappeared. I have no idea what happened but I hope it doesn't come back because it really did make seeing hard... I was afraid that I would have to schedule some sort of appointment with an optometrists and seeing as my own is in at home, I would have to find a new one...

Also dealing with my eyes, albeit indirectly... One of my nosepads fell off but surprisingly, I don't notice it most of the time. So I'm wondering if I should be looking for a place to fix it or finding one of those kits to fix it myself... It does look a little odd but unless you're looking for it, it doesn't exactly pop out.

*yawns* I'm tired... It was a long day with Physics that was over my head, a Comparative Politics class where the Professor has lost all respect of the students (and I think we all think he's an idiot as well) and a Genetics class that I almost slept through. Not only that, I did an experiment today and it was seriously messed up and I only made $15. :( And I can't pick it up until tomorrow. :( Last week's experiment was $24.50 and that was nice.

Okay, so I need to read Genetics, do my Genetics problems, do my Comparative Politics reading... And Physics. Gah, I have to do Physics... I think I might push Physics for tomorrow though... :\

The blind spot sounds really scary. O.o It's so funny how a bunch of people have just having eye problems these past couple of days.

It might be a good idea to lay off reading for a little while. I know it needs to be done but your eyesight is more important.

sherry! you didn't call back after your class..

anyway, you should go to your student health center and get the eyes checked. You could have retinal detachment, macular degeneration, or glaucoma. O.O; All very very scary. O.O But I'm not an optometrist, so who am I to diagnose you.

Your description sounded like the serious stories that I hear when I interned at the Cascade Eye Center..

Anyway.. eye problems like those should be checked out; put that health insurance to some good use. >_>;

Sorry, I got caught up in stuff...

And you're really scarying me right now... And the thing disappeared so I can perfectly find now... I thought maybe it was because I had been stupid and had only gotten about four hours of sleep the last couple of nights... I had a headache from it, why not weird eye problems?
