Doctor Who - The Waters of Mars

Finally got a chance to watch the latest Doctor Who.
At first I thought it was quite boring since it seemed to focus more on the people on Mars than it actually did the Doctor.
But then it got good.
My god, the Doctor's gone a bit insane, hasn't he?
But it was still kinda cool, if kinda scary. And he did realize he went too far at the very end... Which is sad because I would have liked a crazy, egotistical Doctor who thought he could rule Time and change the course of history. A person who thought he was above it all and could control it all.
I mean, you always got a sense that David Tennant's Doctor was a bit more...cheeky but also a bit harder. Less forgiving, more judgmental so I suppose I should have seen this coming. But damn, this was good...
And the Master comes back during Christmas! And then we say goodbye to David Tennant as the Doctor. Damn shame really. He's really the one who really got me into Doctor Who. From the very first minute he was regenerated into the Tenth Doctor, I've adored him.
Somehow, I can't imagine the new guy being as awesome...
Oh well, I guess now I have Rex Is Not Your Lawyer to look forward to...?
