Blindsided, again. How does this happen to me EVERY year?
On an unrelated side note, I just heard NPH sing Take Me or Leave Me from RENT with his boyfriend David Burtka at Broadway Backwards 3 and I didn't know it was possible, but oh my god, I love him even more than I did before. And now I love his boyfriend because, damn, he actually has a really nice voice. I knew he did theatre but doing musical theatre is slightly different... But he can sing! And he was so cute with NPH. Well, really, they're both really, really cute. Although, I did wish the video clips of the song showed more of the David Burtka moments and that the audio recording of the whole thing was a bit louder and clearer... *sigh* But you take what you can get.
Oh, wait! An audio file with better audio! Yay! ^^
I am so falling in love with David Burtka's voice... Love it, just love it. I'm so full of fangirly love right now, I can't stop grinning. XD
edit x1: OMG, NPH as Mark singing La Vie Boheme!!! I think my life is complete. I can't even express how awesome that is. It's my favorite song from RENT (always manages to remind me of being in New York). The only thing that could have topped this would be actually seeing video of the song. I don't care about the rest of the musical, but this one song... *sighs in rapture*
