More Major Talk

Ugh...it's hot...

Spring is here and it's here in full force.

Season six of Major is depressing. I can't even bring myself to watch the third episode...

So I'm watching the Major movie instead!

I had no idea it's about the time after he moved away from Mifune...only that it was in between the fifth and sixth seasons so I just assumed it would be something set during that time (despite the fact that it basically went from one to the other pretty quickly).

But knowing what happens during that time, I'm starting to think this movie will be pretty depressing as well. Ugh, Goro just doesn't seem to catch any breaks. *sigh* Still, it's nice seeing young Goro again. And the few moments of Sato. And Shingo as a baby! ^^

edit x1: Rewatching Major is making me surprisingly happy. It's been four years and my fears of it not having as strong of an emotional impact was unfounded. *sigh* I do love Major...

It was something crazy like 77 over here today. I swear it was snowing last week.

I don't think we got that high but it was definitely low to mid 70s here... It has been getting steadily warmer for the last week but I thought we would stay in the 60s range for a bit longer. I already miss it -- it was like the perfect weather.
