Been a While...

It's been a while since I last updated. I just haven't had an urge to until now and even now it's still weak. I'm kinda tired today since I slept late and then woke up early. I went to bed around 5is and I actually managed to wake up at 6 to download Initial D. I'm shocked. Usually I would miss it by half an hour at least. Go me.

Anyway, I downloaded Initial D! It was so good but I didn't get to see any actual racing. :( I really wanted to see Takumi in action. I've realized something. Even though Ryosuke is so freaking cute, he was cuter in the first stage which made me go back and watch the first stage all over again.

I love Initial D so much! Takumi, unlike Ryosuke is way cuter in the fourth stage. He's still got that apathetic look on his face but you can definitely feel his excitement and joy at racing. I feel a chill whenever I see him drive. I seriously hope he doesn't lose this match wtih the Toudou school. Despite what his father said in the first episode of the fourth stage, I really don't want to see them lose at all. Especially after Ryosuke said that they couldn't exactly go on if they can't beat the Toudou school at this point.

Have I mentioned the person who is Ryosuke is Izumi from Zetsuai/Bronze? For the last few days I've been on a Zetsuai/Bronze binge. I can't express how much love this series. It's just so self-destructive that it's almost funny to see what they would come up with next.

Masha (d_moonchild) finally succumbed to my persuasion to watch the animes and lo and behold, she didn't like it. I was so disappointed! My most favorite series and she didn't like it! How crushing! It made me want to just go and defend it I don't think she gets it. It's kinda weird in that I've never heard of anyone who has not liked it... It's like not liking the sky... It's so weird. I hope she changes her mind but...

And to top it off, she finally decided to try Love Mode after reading a description of it. Hmph. Talk about lack of trust. I've been pushing Love Mode at her for a while and she's never listened to me...

Ah, never mind that. It doesn't matter, right? I'm sure I'll get over it. I always do.

Right now I'm in a kind of Initial D/Naruto mood. I've been downloading as many Naruto manga chapters as I can because I have this renewed desire to just read as much as I can of it. I'm actually starting to like it a lot more than before which is surprising. I still don't like most of the characters and I really think it's not worth watching the anime but the manga is slightly better and more tolerable. Plus I don't have to listen to all those annoying voices... I've never had an anime where I just hate every single main character -- well, maybe hate is too strong a word. More like I don't have an overwhelming like of any character. I do like Kabuto but he's evil! How disappointing! The one person you're into and he's evil. Such a shame...

I'm in an Initial D mode since yesterday when I got the third eppie. I'm still trying to find the OP and the ED by move, Dogfight and Blast of Desire. I want them soooo badly!!!

Nadine is back from Japan! She didn't get to see Tokyo and she didn't watch anime. Talk about disappointing. I wonder if she got me anything...

I finished downloading the first episode of Aishiteruze Baby today... I wonder who the seiyuus are... I'm going to look now since I'm really curious. I haven't seen it yet but from what I heard it's really good. I really shouldn't get into a new anime when I still have Condor Hero and Wild Striker to download but when I read the manga it was too cute.

I'm listening to Sunny Side Up, the OP of this anime. It's sooo freaking slow that it's mind numbing. I'm not sure I like it. For me, an OP must be somewhat upbeat.

So far the seiyuus are all kinda unknowns. I don't really know any of them or where they are from... Oh well... I'm in the middle of a Naruto fanfic (SasuNaru of course!) so I'm going finish that and then watch the anime. Ja!
