sherryillkI feel like I'm cheating on my internet browser. I mean, I felt kinda crappy about switching from IE to Firefox but when IE was upgraded to 8, it didn't really feel like IE to me anymore, just a Firefox wannabe so I didn't feel as bad as I thought I would. Besides, that Ad-block thingie is kinda sorta awesome.
But then Firefox decided to do this Plugin Container thing, which went crazy every time I played FV and Firefox with a bunch of tabs uses a hell of a lot of computer resources so I took a page out of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
beckymarie and decided to use Google Chrome just for FV. It certainly lowered the amount of BSOD and Firefox crashes I was getting so I'm certainly happy about that.
Still, when you're playing FV and you need to suddenly search for something on the web, you don't just go and open a whole new broswer for it, right? Just another tab in the one you're already using. And then you start reading a fanfic in a separate tab from your game and the next thing you know, it's not just one fanfic, it's two and you've even got a Wikipedia article opened up and then you realized you just forsook (this word looks so wrong to me and I think it's the first time I've ever written it before in my entire life) Firefox for Chrome. But you still like Firefox better!
I should finish my fic so I can go back to it... Maybe it won't hold it against me and do another nasty Firefox crash in retaliation...
