Icon Mania and Boredom

sherryillkWell, I've always wondered how those people who make icons could make so many damn icons from just an episode of PoT when it takes me so damn long just to do one or two Kimeru icons.
But now I understand. I saw episode 121 of PoT after A-O released it and I went a little crazy taking screencaps. Thanks goes to Masha who pointed out to me that Photoshop Elements could take screen captures. I went a little overboard with 53 screencaps (and I still feel like I missed a couple).
Of those screencaps, I made 19 icons. Most are of Yagyuu Hiroshiro because I love the most. I mean Niou Masaharu is cool and all (I like his hair) but Yagyuu is just cool. There are also a few Kikumaru ones and very few Oishi ones... This was not a good episode for good Oishi moments.
I've also made two Kimeru ones. They'll be at the end of the many PoT icons... This is my first time doing PoT icons and I'm still not very good at icons in general... Most are okay and some I like and some were just so-so... All in all I would call it a success.
I'm going to LJ cut my icons. I don't usually do this because I don't believe in cutting my own posts but since there are a ton of icons, I will this time.

On the last Kimeru icon, I wasn't sure if the words "This is" was needed but I put it in it anyway. With only "The Beginning" it seemed like it was lacking something...
Today is Friday and I leave on Wednesday. I'm excited about being at NYU and seeing how it's going to be but that's about all I'm excited about. I'm anxious about the flight, the stopovers in Denver and Chicago, getting to my relatives house in Brooklyn from Newark in one piece... I'm nervous about talking to a taxi driver that I'm trusting blindly to get me where I need to be, I'm nevous about the tests and whether or not I'm good enough. I'm just really freaked out. If I make it out of it alive, I'll write about it. I'm hoping I won't be too upset and pissed off on Sunday night when I'm supposed to come home. If not, I'll definitely write something then.
Now on to the boredom thing. I'm bored. I don't wanna make icons because I'm all icon-ed out. I don't wanna download something on Bittorrent because that'll slow down all of my websites should I decide to read fanfics. But I don't have anything to download from Streamload or from a HTTP link... Hmm....idea. Why not try and find some move songs off of Kazaa? I think that'll work for now. After I'm finished with this entry anyway.
I got a video version of the PoT ending at http://www.anime-i-like.com! It's great! Lots of kawaii rivals! Sherry's happy from that.
Right now I got a ton of new manga from Obsession that I haven't read yet. Some Zetsuai (what am I thinking?! I should be reading that first!), some Koisuru Ikimono and two chapters of Devil's Clasp which I have no idea what it's about. I also have a ton of Bleach since I now have all of them except for that random chapter...49 or 59... It's one of those. I don't know how I'm going to get it since all the ones I got through Streamload are in volumes in winrar form.
Right now I'm not really feeling the Bleach which makes me a bit bored. I'm not really feeling any manga actually. I am interested in Zetsuai but not a screaming, hyper, happy sort of feeling. I wish A-O had released 122... I heard it was delayed but who knows until when...
Well, I go back to Bleach. *makes a face*
