Okay, going through the Impulsive Buy, I've realized there are a few things I have to get NOW.

One, the limited edition Girl Scout Cookies candy bars. I need one in every flavor available.

Two, the limited edition Cookies 'n Creme Starbucks Frappucino.

Three, the cereal flavored muffin mixes. I mean, OH MY GOD. Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Cocoa Puffs muffins?! I don't care they're really expensive, I WANT. The picture has what looks remarkably like Safeway price tags so I'm thinking next trip to the grocery store is gonna be kinda free for all...

I'm also very interested in the concept of Spicy Ketchup flavored potato chips from Lay's...

So yeah, I like junk food. And I am craving sweets right now. I had been planning on another batch of those yummy cream cheese cinnamon rolls (find a picture of it here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/sherryillk/7486173560). They're huge and luscious, soft and sweet, and oh so decadent... They're delicious but I'm pretty sure the last two batches are part of the reason why I've been gaining weight the last couple of months. :\

But the more I think about it, the more I want to do something quick and easy like Nigella Lawson's chocolate chocolate chip muffins. I've made them before and they're pretty decent (I had a picture once upon a time but I can't scrounge it up right now) and they take one a few minutes to mix. It's insanely easy since muffins are best when they're not mixed all too well. I'm not even sure its really mixed since it's lumpy as all hell. But those are the best muffins.

In contrast, the cinnamon rolls, though delicious, take like five hours to make. It's a yeast based dough and it's two rises and while it's actually warm in the house now as opposed to last month when it was still cold (60s) and it might not take two hours to actually rise. I can plop it in the upstairs entertainment room, the hottest place in the house, and I think tomorrow will be the best day for it. It's supposed to be up in the 90s and it'll be hot. Perfect for a yeasty dough.

Choices, choices... I wonder if I even have chocolate chips. :\ That might put a kobosh on my muffin plans. Hmm... I should, considering I like to keep chocolate chips in the house all the time. I use a bag and I buy a bag. It makes things easier for me when I want to bake at a whim.
