Finished
I just finished my essay. It's pretty crappy and it's made me kinda sad. I felt kinda fuzzy when I wrote but I'm glad the damn thing is done. I kinda didn't make much of a point and it's everywhere (I was scared to make it too long) since we were supposed to not go very deep with it. Personally, I don't like this prompt. We were supposed to choose an action or an inanimate object that we are fascinated about. I wrote it on my cell phone. I'm not very fascinated and I think it comes off as if I really loathe it.
I don't really.
Anyway, I'm just glad it's finished. I'll post it tomorrow when I come back and look it over after my chem lecture and then get a hard copy of it printed.
God, it feels so late and it's only 9:30. I still have to read the first chapter of my chem. book and I have to write Masha some mail but that's about it for today. I'm getting some more Wild Striker but I don't think I'll have time to watch it. Maybe an episode but right now I'm not really in the mood for it.
*yawns* I'm kinda tired actually.
Today was my second day of classes. I had my bio lecture at 9:30 and Calculus at 2 PM. Bio was interesting. It's a freaking huge class though -- over 300 easily. We were packed full. I got there early and actually got a up close seat so I was happy. I feel sorry for the many people who were late...
The prof seems funny and it seems like it'll be an okay class. I hope the labs are as good but apparently the labs start next week so I won't go tomorrow.
Calculus is bad. Maybe it was because I've only had pre-calc but it was so confusing and the professor didn't do anything to make it less confusing. Everyone, not just me was confused. We were so totally lost. There's one class I'm going to fail. And he didn't even know that most of us didn't have the textbook. They told me the teachers knew at the bookstore. Liars!
And it was raining today. Ick. My umbrella overturned twice. What a crappy umbrella but what should I expect? it only cost $1.99 anyway. Cheap is never good.
I met up with Sao today again. We set a date and a time for our uptown outing. Friday, 2 o'clock at the Career Center. We're gonna get jobs! Then we'll take the subway uptown.
She cooked today. It was beautiful. I am in complete awe. It was like wow.
Is it just me or am I really lethargic today? I feel drained even though I shouldn't be. My download finishes in 4 mins. I'm gonna wait it out and then go and read my chapter. The come back and write to Masha. How long it'll take, I don't know. Hopefully not forever because right now, all I want to do is lie down and die for a while.
Oh, one last thing. Kimeru's DVD has not arrived yet. I've written YesAsia but I still hope it'll get to me soon. Here's to hoping.
edit x1: I'm running out of spendable cash. :( The debit card better get here soon or I'll be forced to break a fifty (and I only have two of those left). Money... I need monies!
