*yawns*

I accidentally nodded off just now. But even though I lost about half an hour, I did have an awesome dream where it was Glee, but through the eyes of Blaine and him going through his daily life at Dalton (my mind even conjured up some nice acappella). He was doing that soliloquy thing that various characters often employ on Glee so there was always his voice in my mind and I was seeing his awesome body in that wonderful Dalton uniform...

Man, I wish I were still asleep just so I could get more of that dream!

And one day, I sincerely hope to see this actually happen on Glee. Maybe when Darren becomes a regular -- ha, like that would actually happen... I think we'll be definitely be seeing more of him but that he'll just be another one of those peripheral side characters (maybe not even). Eh, as long as he's in more than one damn scene (I'm looking at you, A Very Glee Christmas) in the episode, I'll be happy.

Ugh, I'm feeling gassy today... :( And I think I'm going to venture out and go buy my ribbons. Maybe some Christmas lights since what is a Christmas tree without lights? I typically don't like to go out when it's raining but it doesn't seem like it's going to stop any time soon. And I think it'll be better to go now when it's just raining and not a mix of rain and snow that we're supposed to be getting the next couple of days. Also, I typically don't particularly like going out when it's dark but I fell asleep and really, it's been dark all day because of the damn storm clouds that have decided to residence over the entire Pacific Northwest...

Hopefully I won't be too soaked... :\

Yay! New NCIS episode! I thought they already went on hiatus but apparently not. EZTV also says there'll be a new episode of The Good Wife so I'm looking forward to that.

So, went and bought my ribbons. And another gift. And I bought some curling ribbon because I want to experiment with it.

I was feeling a bit peckish so I thought about getting a frozen pizza when I saw the cheeses. I love cheese. I love cheese with crackers and I had crackers at home. Score! And just as I was about to leave, my eye caught one of those plastic bottles of Darigold Chocolate Milk and I thought, what the hell. And then my eye caught on the gallon sized jug of Darigold Chocolate Milk and I had an idea.

Being lactose intolerant, I generally say away from milk. I love cheese but I've had a love hate relationship with milk for a while now in that I loved it as a child, drank so many gallons of it that I couldn't get enough of it. And then somehow I went through a period where I stopped drinking milk and after that, I couldn't stand the taste or the feel of it in my mouth. The only times I drank milk was at school where I would have it with the school lunch and I used it to wash down the food. And then the schools started offering chocolate milk every day instead of just on Fridays and I never drank real milk again.

And haven't to this very day. I've used it in cooking but that's about it. I think I can safely say, I hate milk now.

On a whole, I generally suck at my daily calcium intake. As I get older, I worry about it more and more because I am Asian, I'm also a woman and thus, prone to osteoporosis. Seeing my grandmother with it (she can't even straight up anymore and has back pain often), it's a scary thing to think about. With that sort of family history, I think I'm three times as screwed as a normal person. But I've never actually been active in fixing that problem in my life. But hopefully from now on I'll trying to be better. And I think chocolate milk is a good way to start. I can at least stomach that... It's like cold cocoa, right?

And it's not bad. I don't know if I can finish the whole gallon of it by myself in two weeks but I can try... It can't be that hard.

The only downside to this is something I had failed to think about before... I had already been feeling gaseous before -- this is bound to make so much worse... :( Maybe I should have also picked up some of those pills that help with lactose intolerance too?
